Fuse Hardwire

Hey Guys,


Trying to hard-wire a dash-cam. I was just wondering, if I use a spot in the fuse panel that is not labeled (i.e., #36 and #37) are there any negative effects on using those?

No negatives that I know of. Just run a meter on them to make sure they have power already supplied. I've never tried one of the blank spots.

5 amp fuse is all you need for the radar detector.

Don't really know where to post this question: does anyone know which fuse controls the light in the Hazard light button?

Would it be the "Small Lights" slot? #34

you could put 20A if you wanted lol. But some are fed differently, depending when you want power to come on.
