Having some trouble removing rear springs

So yesterday I decided to install some Tein S. Lowering Springs on my 2014 SI sedan. This is the first time I ever install springs so it took me a very long time to just install the front ones. I have been looking around online for a tutorial but I can't seem to find one that will tell me in full detail how to to get to the rear springs! Could someone please help?!

google: civic rear spring install

7th link down the page has a very nice write up for the 9th gen. I don't think you looked very hard.

This is for a 2012. Should be nearly identical for the 2014. The rears should be precipitously easier than the fronts.

In all honesty you could probably just jack the car up. Remove the rear wheels. Use a spring compressor and compress the stock ones, pull them out, align the rubber isolators, use the compressor on the new ones, and stick them in place. Be careful with spring compressors though. If the spring pops out it can hurt you badly.

PDF file for the HFP suspension install from college hills honda. This will give you bolt sizes so you know what wrenches you need along with torque values.

I can't get the spring out. Am I supposed to keep pulling the LCA down?
