head rest wont bend back

so the headrest i notice wont move its pointed and its bumps me if i move my head back to look up or while driving. it wont move. any help? its a bit hard to lift up and down even after i looked at manual. any tips tricks or should i go back to the dealer and say hey this is not working?

Do you have any pictures to see what the problem is. Some modern cars have a slightly forward tilted head rest. This design is suppose to help reduce whiplash in the event of an accident.

i will take a picture. its a little bit forward. Plus I am 6'3"

Headrest is slanted forward from the factory for safety reasons. It's an active headrest for reducing whiplash in an accident. Only way to really combat it is reclining your upper seat further.
