when i did mine it took about a day before it went off. Go to firestone they can activate them all for $20. If they say their tpms machine doesnt do 2012 or 2013 tell to do it under a 2011 honda civic and it will work fine that is what happen with mine.

Thanks a.ultimo! I took it to the honda dealer who wanted to charge me $100 to activate and I ended up waiting around for 2 hours only to have them say the sensors are wrong and they can't program them!

So today I was going to call tire rack and see what my options were about the "wrong" sensors. I came across a Firestone so I pulled in to see if they can activate them. 15 minutes later and $29.99 lighter and I have my tpms sensors activated and working properly! Man I'm so glad I don't have to swap sensors out.
