Lowering the car, how to do it right?

I'd recommend rear camber arms so you can get the alignment back in spec. Install the coils, set your ride height, get alignment ASAP. Good to go. Most springs don't need to settle. Its a combination of the bump stops/jounce elastomers and other plastic bits getting acquainted with each other that accounts for the "settling" people talk about. Very minimal on new stuff.

Double check and retighten everything after you drive around for a bit. Things will loosen up.

Super proper? Find a set of extended ball joints for the fronts so you can get your roll center back closer to where it should be but hardly anyone does that. I also don't know of any that fit your car.

Not that you need it but a rear sway bar would be a nice addition to the coils. If you don't have it already.
