New header and exhaust

So I already had on an injen COI and I just put on a new alpha series skunk2 header and invidia N1 exhaust on my 13 civic si and now the traction control, abs, and power steering lights all came on. I went to AutoZone and they came up with a code P0139. Has anyone had a problem like this?

Weird that all that came on.

I have a skunk2 header and tsudo catback. Went to inspection and failed because my second O2 sensor on the DP was turned off in flashpro. Went to turn it back on and that same P0139 code came up, but it went away and never came back after resetting the code.

That code indicates the computer thinks your O2 sensor isn't working properly. For those mods, you really need a professional tune. Not only to fix this issue but also to get the most performance out of your parts.

My car gets that code too even with a O2 defouler and being tuned from Vit. Only thing is I've only seen that code come up once, and it didn't trip a CEL.
