please help me to decide what offset is the best for my choice of mags. 18x8.5

Also please help me decide what exhaust to use, my choices are Skunk2 60mm? or the borla with 2.25inch inlet?

I don't think I'd lower a car in the Philippines if I drove one. Speed bumps are everywhere. I'd say +35 is the better choice for you if you don't want tire rubbing (225/40 or 235/40 tires).

As for the exhaust. Do you prefer loud (Skunk2) or timid (Borla)?

I'm planning to get a eibach pro kit for my civic. Is the offset +35 still the best? I want my rims to be vertically align to the fender.
