Steel wheel question

I unfortunately live in an area where it snows
This will be my first winter with my Civic Si so I am starting to investigate my winter wheel options.
In the past I have always used Honda Black steel rims with snow tires on them.
I would like to use 16" rims on my car to save a bit of money on the tires so my question is because the 9th gen Si has larger brakes than the 8th gen will a 16 steel rim fit? Has anyone got 16" steel rims on there Si or has anyone tried them to make sure they clear the brakes?

I did a trial fit with 16's and yes they fit.... Not much clearance between the disc and the rim but they fit. Was using a honda wheel with 45 mm offset which is the stock offset for the civic.

The snows were 205 60 16's..... those or 205 55 16s seem to be the norms
