Not much hate. Some like/dislike the civic, just as some here would say they like/dislike the ilx. While there are very many similarities, there are differences between the two cars. There are also differences between the asian market civic and the US version. There are things on that version that I definitely dislike.

Most of them are actually supporting the Civic. Just not liking the 2012. (Which is agreeable by a fair few considering the changes they did in a year....)
