Will it work?

I didn't know where else to post this but I like the new dashboard look on the 2013 civic si with a carbon fiber finish. Does anyone know if u could actually order this part (The peace that removes from the left air vent, right before the stereo) and will it fit the 2012 model?

I'm not sure, the rough shape looks the same but you might have to also swap the center console parts and passenger side dash to make it work

i think they did it on purpose so you cant change it out the climate control looks different and the edge on the far right by the vent is different too ...that sucks.

The slide armrest might work tho not sure tho but im not sure it would be good for si owners anyway with constant gear changes we'll hit it with our elbos every gear chnge ......maybe for long highway use .

I believe jasonandre already swapped the adjustable arm rest onto his 2012, it does come in handy for long highway drives

If you look closely you'll see that the top tier of the gauge "cluster" bezel and molding where the speedo and iMID are extends farther towards the passenger side on the 2013 Civic. The 2012 (grey) and 2013 (black or faux-CF) also have different lower bezels, primarily in reference to the shape of the part that is directly on top of the tach area (lower tier of gauge cluster). The bezel also differs in that the 2013 bezel extends to the A/C controls.
