It sound to me like you break somthing in the motor that cause it to smoke, in my experience my first turbo car I crack 2 piston and it blown smoke at idle and more smoke at driving. But as of now I have a 13 si with prl stage 2 kit for 2k miles and notice it smell burning oil too at idle...

To all the 9th civic si with prl turbo do u guys run the returne line to the drain plug or re-drilled and tap in different areas?

That odd because I had this set up when it was 2k miles on and now I'm at 40k mile, And if I took it to the dealer with check engine light on it only let me drive 20mph top so it well have to be tow. But if I clear the code then it drive normal but once I get there the code won't come on and...

Ok today the code pop up again I'm confuse now can't take it to the shop cause all they do is same as me reset code and charge me $70 to $90 and say it fix then few days of driveing it well come back on again

I check this thread but seem different from what I experience, but I will clean my map sensor if it dose that again.

I check that too no air leak anywhere, It looks to me like it electrical issue but not sure which one it is cause now the car runs find after I clear the code, I data log and see that everything is normal, So I'm still waiting to see if it come back again by driving back and forth to work

I call curt and they say they don't have for 2013 si sedan only for 2012 sedan but for the 2013 coupe yea they do, but I'll had to call uhaul see if it is really for the 2013 sedan or they just miss posting it.

Ok can anyone tell me what control the 13 si coolant fan is it the thermostats or the ecu??

Thermostat opens but idk why the fan not turn on.

I try stock map and still not working too

My everything good just my coolant fan not turn on when it should, So I did 2 hours of leave it idle and heater full blast radiator cap off now just had to wait and see how it go by driving couple days, thanks vit and webby

Can vit fix this issue with his tune ?

I notice today my radiator fan will not turn on at all, How dose the coolant fan work? If I turn on a/c or heater then the fan well work but if not my car temp well keep going up pass the 200 degree.
