I got the Greddy(afe),do you know if there are any places I can get an rbc thats already ported,or a good place to send one for port work?
 
he may be able to compare jaybls data logs to your logs logs.

I think i'm going to go with the PRL intake when i buy the RBC, it's made to fit on the RDX throttle body and the pipe is pretty straight. Then I'll sell my Injen

VitViper Can you tell whether the Injen CAI is hurting my performance, I'm wondering if you had tuned anyone else with a similar set up like mine but with a different intake and are making much more power?

Very interested as well...after defending the injen intake, I would REALLY like to find out if it's actually lowering the hp!

I don't really like that PRL intake. It's super ugly. I think if you just want a 3.5" tube, there are better looking options out there. Honestly, if there were a way to couple the stock airbox to a 3.5" tube to the ZDX throttle body, a K&N drop in filter would probably be the best thing. People really like relocating their battery and putting something that looks like the piping for a pool filtration system in their engine bay, though, for some reason.

All that being said, if and/or when other people get the RBC/ZDX set up on their cars and there is a proven, substantial gain in power across the band with an ugly 3.5" tube, I will shut up and buy one. I can't see that happening, though. My next step is to get a 4"-3.5" coupler, run it to a 3.5" elbow and run that to the ZDX. My buddy is an awesome welder, so hopefully I can get it done soon and have it ready to compare with the 3.5" CAIs that are bound to be on the market very soon.

Well I'll let you know about the gains of that intake in the summer then. I don't really care how the engine bay looks, as long as it goes fast
 
I've tuned a couple cars with that intake -- and I mean yeah they make power. But i *think* it will make more power with a straighter intake. 3.5" CAI's seem to be dominating on the 8th gen right now, and that's a 2.0L.
 
Hey quick question, I didn't look through your whole build thread, it might be in there but I just wanted to know, did you have to get your fenders rolled with the sportlines?

No fender rolling, I have camber kits
