Back up camera used as rearview camera while driving.

You can if your not driving. Also not with the setup on my DIY but it can be required easily to do so.

Yes. I have exactly the same options as what you showed in the video. When I select camera, I just get the lines. No video.

whoah, thats weird. I always get video. Im gonna try messing with it again to see if i get lines, and then ill try to switch it back to video. If I find out anything, ill share.

I'm going to try it, but we added our aftermarket cameras.
This might be an option only for OEM cameras. To be confirmed.

That's really cool although it would be extra cool if you could see which buttons you need to push and the sequence you need to push them in. You could have a little split screen in the corner of the video

I just tried mine ( it is an added aftermarket camera) and it doesn't work at all. It just brings up a black screen with the yellow guidelines. Ours has to be in reverse so that the camera is activated. @ADExternal
