2013 civic si!

nice ride man and congrats!

but as far as your amp you NEED to get that bolted down for your safety you cant have that just sliding around in your trunk. the reason you dont want it sliding around back there is because if you take a corner and the power cable come out of your amp you have a hot +12v wire kicking around in the back of your car.

this is how i have my amp mounted as said before some people mount to their box but mines right to the back seat.

On my way to work my remote wire grounded out caught on fire .. By by floor mat .... :'( that seriously was the scariest thing a literal fire next to my leg and smoke covered the inside of the car in seconds slammed the ebreak and put on 4 ways opened the door ripped the switch and wires right out threw it on the road .... And 1 know how much a stock floor mat is the one that comes with a new car ... Thank god it didnt stink up the car or follow all the way back accros my seats !!

By the driver side door to hide ur amp power cord i have the gas cap / trunk handle and a lock for i forget haha

If you have never torn the interior of a car apart, you will have your work cut out for you in order to run the wires all the way back and have them well hidden. The molding by the door comes off easy with the use of some plastic prying tools. However, if you want to take the side panel off in the rear, you will have to take the back deck panel off first among a few other small pillar panels. Alternatively, you could probably take out the lower back seat and run them under there.

yeahhhhhhh lol just be careful man if you dont know how to do something ask because youre playing with some heavy stuff. ive gotten bit once or twice by the +12 and that isnt fun let me tell you lol. im not saying this because i work there but head to a best buy and even if you dont have it done there just talk to the guys in the install bay i know my guys are always willing to help.

NEVER NEVER NEVER play with live wires....

The worst part i took a wiring course in high school ... Sadly not audio ... Hahaha

I just need a place to mount my sub and amp. Not really to fond of drilling or screwing in a brand new car not knowing depth and stuff i need of screws

I made a new cover with compressed wood so you can screw into it. The factory one is plastic waffle board
