Yea, agreed all. I work at ESPN and they only have a major software release once a year for the project I'm on. Just the unluck of the draw that they picked this time frame. I really like working there, so quitting isn't a good option.

no. An internal use application. All programming software is developed in house. No one makes what is needed to run the network.
