Back Window Tint Issue

I had a buddy do mine (free) he's been tinting for 8 years and my dot came out great except for a couple bubble he couldn't work out. He offered to redo the whole window I turned down his offer of him redoing the whole window and just had him cut the tint around the matrix. It does not look bad at all
This is the best pic I could find right now it's raining out so I'm not going out side if u guys would like to see a better pic let me know and I'll take one tomorow!

i have run into the same problem, but did find a solution called magoops here is a link http://www.dotmatrixwindowtinting.com/tint_dot_matrix.html. only problem i have is they won't ship to Canada

I don't have a problem with mine.
The tint shop I had went to for my 35% front 20% rear had told me it's normal that those dot matrix end up looking like that. I'm pretty sure it doesn't go away. I had a different type of tint done on my dot matrix.

Finally got my windows tinted. Went for 50% in the back and 30% on the side. Lengthy discussion with the shop about the dot-matrix. As it turns out, I am well satisfied with the job they did. Tried to get a good photo but will try to get a closer one. Ther wheels are from my 2010 Civic EX Sedan. I really liked them so decided to use them on my 2012 coupe. An import wrecking yard gave me $50.00 each for the new 2012 stock wheels. He offered that price before I could even speak. Little did he know I would have sold them for $15.00 each just to get them out of my trunk.

Dude I had the same problem with pro tronics in totowa, thank god that I paid with my Amex and got it refunded through Amex . Amex backs up their card holders on any product they buy with their Amex. **** bad tint shops

Did you ever find a good tintshop?
I hate the dot matrix, what the f@$!#/\ does it do anyway? I heard THINGS about the one you mentioned. I checked out a zillion places to have mine done. I am really at a loss. One guy a supposed good place, highly recommended wanted me to sign a waver about the crappy job that might come out with the DM. His 'tude was take it or leave it. No free redo's Another guy I HAVE NOT Asked ABOUT THE DM. But he is in NY. I don't remember what they had, if they did ,a vinyl on 5he back on my old car since it came pre -done. I really did not think it would be such an issue to find a good place. Thoughts?
