A few people who had noises ran spring silencers from Tein. Sometimes what you are hearing is coil bind where the winds of the spring contact each other. It can be especially noticeable at either full compression or full steering lock. Also at full lock you can get groaning/clunking from several points in the suspension since they are at their limits. Ball joints make a lot of noise at full lock when they are close to worn out. You should not have that issue and I suspect coil bind.
