Did you get the one with no removal hole? Seems like it wouldn't be needed, just push down on the corner nearest the driver to pop it out when you don't want it in.

yeah i knoww! :) I have mine in 90% of the time but i take it out because gf don't like that she has nowhere to put her cup haha
 
Maybe PM him. That's what I had to do when I ordered mine. The site showed out of stock but he still fixed me up.
 
Hahaha, sorry guys. The first batch went faster than expected but I've got some new ones out for paint right now. As soon as they come back in I'll be re-stocking the website!
