Early Dragon Run - May 18 - 22

Tripod? 32 MPH? Stock Honda Fit?.........nah!

Speaking of Fits, they race them stripped down in the "B-spec" category at nearby Infineon Raceway. You wouldn't believe what they can do. The only thing i've seen faster is F1.

The dude from Cali needs a show of hands for the Early Dragon run: Has anybody in the "Maybe" group moved into the "Definite Maybe" category?

IN. Arriving Sunday early afternoon and leaving Thursday morning. Unless something significant changes that would cause me to leave sooner.

Our new buddy @Keens is also IN. He's just been busy with school... so the Dragon will be the perfect celebration when it's over.

I should have an update shortly about some new stuff I got...... hahahaha

Don't think I will be making it there fellas. I have to take time off from work for two events right around this event.

That sounds good. I should have the ecu for vit ordered, coils, camber kit, rear sway bar, intake and downpipe all ordered sometime next week once I make sure I have found the best price on all the specific brands I want. thanks again for the help with everything man!

Sweet! You're literally right down the street... and one of my favorite Moonshiner rides. If you don't come up, we'll come down!

Haha right down the street?? So you aren't in Sac town I assume?? I am originally from Reno area

Ok you got me there. Yes, i'm still in Sacramento. I meant down the street from my 'home away from home' at Fontana Lodge, where i'll be the week of May 18th. Loved that run down to Franklin too, even preferred parts of it over the Dragon. Surely you must have a favorite yourself... so let's hear about it. We'll make sure it gets done... and you can show us the way.

One thing. We're planning an outdoor BBQ Sunday late afternoon, the 18th.... but we can move that date depending on when most can come. So give us some advance notice of your arrival, if you can. Thanks!

Still in the maybe category, not a definite maybe yet.
I'm still pumped though if I can make it!

Oh yeah no problem at all. And Id say my favorite cruising spot other than just random back roads? Is probably natchez trace. Its perfect for shooting pics too because theres plenty of scenic overlooks and space to drive as you please.. @Cbland13Si prolly can attest to it too. But I will update you on exact arrival as the time gets closer!

Excellent... i've heard of Natchez Trace... didn't know it was that close. Would love to try it.

In terms of photo ops, @Keens is bringing a very high end Nikon camera for car pics and scenic overlooks, and i've got both an HD video cam as well as a new GoPro 3 "Black Edition", whatever that means. Be happy to lend it out, too... as long as everyone uses the safety lanyards.

Don't have all the bases covered... but i'm working on it!
