honda uses crank pulley, inline 4 engine do not have harmonic balancer...

this is harmonic balancer.... it's a heavy rounded metal that add weight on the outside of the engine, mostly on v8, then you bolt the crank pulley to the harmonic balancer, this thing is a "counter weight", you don't put fan belt over it...

Your buddy in the video says the one with rubber and a pulley is a harmonic balancer as long as it's interference fit. So which one is it? You're all over the place man.
