I also added some weather stripping to the reflector housings since there were gaps when they were installed. Not the best looking job, but it's not seen. I might readjust once they're back in.

Did you spray them in the garage?

The seller offers a painting service for select colors, but this just goes to show you'll probably end up repainting them. It looks like someone else recently bought a set.

There's also another similar set floating around, the lighting in the reflector is different and they do not come painted. I don't see any right now, but they were on www.aliexpress.com

The only 9th gen I know of with that style. They're the ones from Ali Express.

Keep an eye on your ballasts. A coworker got a kit for his headlights and one of the ballast nearly caught fire. Complete melt down. I also have friends with ddm stuff with no issues.

Yeah I used to have DDM HIDs and had the ballasts mounted away from all other electrical components. I plan on doing the same this time around.
