Went & got another piece of that Sockeye salmon since it was so good. Pan sautee with crispy skin this time with some lime butter white wine sauce.

Jasmine rice(even good plain), mixed veg with chz sauce & Sockeye salmon w/lime butter white wine sauce

I wish I had taken a picture of the sammich I just had. I haven't bought sandwich meats in year, but I enjoyed that delicious turkey, muenster, lettuce and tomato sammich a LOT!

Think I'm going to try a new stuffed chicken recipe this weekend- goat cheese, artichokes, sun-dried tomotoes- teh yum!
