OMG that was awesome. Most definitely food pr0n :rotfl:

I made 24 cupcakes last night :drooling: they were so yummy!

Having a glass of wine whilst the food is being prepared. Yeah yeah I know the glass is for red but the damn glass for white is too small for the quantity I like to have.

Bought more wild Sockeye Salmon since it was on sale & it had just arrived to the store the day before

Decided to bronze it again since I had some spice mix left from the last time & it was quite nice.

Due to inclement weather I was forced to use the stove instead of the outdoor grill for the next two items.
Sauteed firm tofu

Baby bok choi w/soy sauce based glaze I concocted from various items I found in the icebox

That looks fantastic.:drooling: What's funny is I know that has to be all for you too :rotfl:

I didn't know there was a difference for wine glasses >_>

I have the same wine glasses and who cares about the glasses your not a wine snob are you....lol

I usually drink out of a small 5oz juice glass but I had a magnum of wine so I wanted a larger glass of wine. I got four glasses out of that magnum of wine, LOL

Had a small amount of jasmine rice leftover so I topped it off with a few things for breakfast yesterday.

Jasmine rice, sausage, kimchi, two eggs over easy & a drizzle of Scriracha sauce of course.

Todays breakfast was an open faced bagel sammich with two eggs over medium topped with kimchi. Left off the Sriracha thinking the kimchi would deliver enough heat but next time I will not leave off the Sriracha. (Yes that's 8AM sunlight that's shining on my breakfast sammich)

You're quite the chef!
:hatsoff: Thanks Kenneth, I've been in the kitchen since 10 yrs old fending for myself. I love not only to cook but the most pleasure I derive from it is seeing others enjoy what I have made.

Now to this evenings meal:

Nothing like a good wine with a good meal

Bay scallops & shrimp(16-20 pink) scampi over linguine in a butter lemon white wine sauce. Both shellfish are wild caught because farm raised sucks; wild caught tastes so much better.

6 ingredient fresh garlic bread; no butter was used.
