Blockbuster Kiosks have changed their layout over the past two days.
If the movie is a $1 rental...it'll have a red header over the movie pic saying $1

If the movie is a Hot Rental Guarantee or whatever..it'll have a flame on it.
If that movie is out of stock...you txt the code they give you for that movie...and they'll txt you a free $1 movie code

Hint: Go into the Rentals...look and see what is out of stock and check to see if one has a flame on it...click and txt the code ;)
You'll have to use the free rental code that they txt you within 10 days

They've also raised the price on some movies...so rentals are between $1 and $2.99 :pat:
 
can't see how raising prices is going to help them vs. redbox
 
yeah...and you can't take the $1 off of the total cost.... it only gives you a free $1 rental

I wish the codes give you a $1 off. I would go for the $2 blu-rays. I save $, they make $.

Blockbuster Express is making a change to their DVD rental program, which means you will have to try a little harder for free movies. Instead of releasing a bunch of multi-use codes for free $1 DVD rentals, they are now requiring you to send a text in order to receive a one-time use code.
In order to receive your exclusive, one-time use codes, text any of keywords below to 39777.
There are some positives to this though, the new codes that are sent to your phone are for $1 off ANY DVD rental (so you can get the $1 rental FREE or save $1 on new releases). Also, you have 10 days from the time you text the keyword to use your code, so you can space them out and not feel like you need to rent 5 movies at once.

BEST BUY is offering a free movie code each day for 8 days on their Facebook page!
The code is good for a FREE MOVIE DOWNLOAD from CinemaNow.
The new code is posted at 4 pm CT everyday. You will need to create a CinemaNow account (which is free) and put the coupon code in at check out.
You will have several CHOICES OF MOVIES to get for free.
