You forgot New York (Highest), Hawaii (2nd Highest), Connecticut, Michigan and Indiana.

I went to Maui in 2009 for 3 weeks to visit my brother, he has a nismo 360z we put gas in it,it was 5.80 a gallon! Needless to say I drove the frontier instead.it was beautiful there but man I spent a ton on gas. So it's not as bad dumping 3.97 today.
