Yes. If you don't want to do, you can skip wire #2 and #6. For better ground, it can go directly to transmission.
 
I got this installed last Sunday morning. Can't say I've noticed increases in power. However my car does start easier. That was my main motivation as I was having lots of hesitation on start ups.
 
Glad that it works for you. I real life, anything less then 8 hp you need to dyno the car to see the difference.
