Hi everyone

My battery had to be replaced after only a few weeks of owning my (100% stock) si.
It turned out that the dealership had my car on the lot for 8 months
before i got it and they didnt keep the battery charged up.

I went to a local dealership to get a new battery but they told me the original dealership that I
purchased the car from needed to replace it since it was less then 30 days of ownership.

The original dealership was over 50 miles away and the local dealer wanted to help but due to
honda policy they would not be able to.

After a few phone calls to american honda and 4 days of not being able to use my car at all,
american honda gave the ok to have the local dealer replace my battery.

I have had a few other issues with this car already due to it sitting on the lot for so long.
All I can say is the next time i get a new car, I will have the dealer print up the carfax and
look at the date to see when they got the car in or maybe just order a car and wait for it to come in.
