So, I've been doing quite a bit of reading on Honda's electrical system and knew Honda had something where the alternator would go into low-output mode but couldn't find any good article on it. Found this PDF tonight on it that explains it all.
I started noticing voltage fluctuations (using my on-board radar detector voltage output readout) and saw battery voltage kept dropping really low even in low-output mode. Battery was toast, but if you like getting technical with electrical systems. It's a nice read. Reason I was looking for this was because of a amp install I am doing and looking for the max amp output for my 2013.
