Hondata Releases 2012 Honda Civic Si ECU Reflash!!

I thought the new Si's don't have rev hang or isn't as bad as last gen's.
 
I have a 09 ex it has rev hang .and a 12 si it worse than the 09
I got a appointment this Friday the 2nd to get some dyno pulls done stock then I am pulling the ECU to send off for the reflash .was just curious about it. Guess I will know soon enuff

I know because he don't really take his foot off the gas that much. But it looks like it doesn't hang when up shifts :)

Impressive numbers, I have a spare vehicle for the next couple weeks, I'm very tempted to do this but I need some real world feedback on whether the rev hang is noticeable better or not.

Sounds like Michael never had a problem with it before, so he can't really tell us whether or not it's better.
 
he may not have known what people called it - so let's see what he says. Hondata said they reduced the hang with the reflash.
 
There and back overnight for you - probably ~$70. The flat rate overnight boxes at USPS are $39. You should be less than that. Up to 2lbs in your own box is like $36.
 
It feels odd, I'll say that much. I've just moved cars around that way once.
 
I just placed my order early this morning with corsport, maybe you can shed some light on this process for me Michael.

I did not receive any further instructions from them, I have my ECU sitting on my desk here with at work ready to overnight, with no form to include or address to ship to. What am I supposed to do? I'm trying to get my car back ASAP.

Headed to the Post Office now. Was going to use UPS since they pick up 3 times a day from my office, but jesus the price difference was insane. UPS wanted 60 dollars for next day air, USPS was 30 for Express, both guaranteed for tomorrow. Crack prices.
