Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

im basically sitting here making sure our data center doesnt catch fire again.......we did some maintenance on sunday night and support had use swap a line card in one of our cores to a different slot for testing.......and the line card caught fire

That's crazy! Did it take any other equipment down with it? That looks like it was legit on fire, not just a small spark and then the unit died.

Ive been trying to keep busy so I've built some stuff in my shed with left over supplies from when I built it.
I need to go back to work.

Pfft! Looks like you're filling your time quite well! I wish that I was at home building shiz.

Luckily nothing else went down, we are waiting on a new chassis to replace the current one

These motha fuckas...this is why we all gonna end up infected...

In other news if base gets closed for any reason, we will be furloughed until further notice. I'm hoping that doesnt happen, but i guess we will see. Guess i better get my Amazon resume polished up since they're looking for 100,000 people, lol

So like most illnesses.

well, from the fatalities listed in the US, there were those who had other health issues in their 50's and 60's. Usually those individuals would survive a cold or other illness.

Diabetes, emphysema and heart problems were among the pre-existing conditions that some people suffered before they were diagnosed with coronavirus.

I saw an article floating around that showed the first 100 casualties in the US & their health condition.

hey man I was patronizing u when I posted this and I apologize. I shouldn’t let my attitude towards all this effect my relations towards others. I love this place and don’t want to develop any animosity towards anyone especially the CEO of 9th.

I’m not gonna piss off my favorite mod. I’ll abide by his words.

Favorite!? It is really just me and Webby at this point. Webby is the best mod.

Hell, I don't even chime in very often. Webby is always on the ball, though.

Dude not at all. You’re correct in the sense that most people get over things when they’re healthy.

I’m frustrated with things. People have been lying about not being out of the country or having a fever/symptoms at the wife’s work. She’s had a few lie and then they found out they were outside the country/had symptoms and tested positive in the next 24-48hrs after having an office visit at the clinic. This is at the hospital. They likely infected numerous workers (nurses/doctors) there as well as put patients in the hospital at risk by lying. I’ve rocked a fever over 100 the last two days, so that’s awesome. I’m not worried about myself, but it’s others who you come across in those 14days that you could be putting at high risk. Think of the nurses/doctors you’re in contact with, and how many others they come into contact with in a matter of days.

All they’re doing in cases of people being out of the country or symptoms is routing them to have further screening with individuals in proper protective gear and their temp taken. Yet let’s lie about it and risk god knows how many others. It’s disgusting.

Fever is down today... and other than that I’m doing okay. I’m not worried. I’m usually working from home most of the time, so it’s not a big deal.
