the type r is so over priced and 20% less motor though the r engine must have some different specs making up for the lost .4.

It is a Type R a whole different breed of a civic. I could write a book about it.
 
If we had a Type R available when I got my 9th things may have turned out a bit differently for me.
 
When I got my EJ6 years ago I was doing everything to make it a replica EK9 and every since I have wanted a CTR.

I believe it was under 10k miles in mint condition inside and out the only spot I could see was a small white spot on the hood but it can be buffed out.

might be some squirrel poop in there... on your intake manifold. Looks like some poo droppings in that mix.
