Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

So you guys are saying @Janz3n should skip work because the zombies are coming to Canada.

Seems reasonable for him not to deal with that engine crap to me….

It's not that bad. I was able to remove the 4th wire from the pcm connector on the original engine last night and cut the fps connector off the Harness. Today I'll find some time to solder the old connector on the new engine and run the 4 wire to the pcm connector. Will save a bunch of time.

E tunez got back to me pretty quick after sending them some logs yesterday evening. Sent me a revision but said it looks like something might be loose causing false knock. Also asked for a data log using octane booster then one without. I'll give that a try. Knock seemed a little better after changing the plugs but could be because I'm trying not to use partial throttle.

Just lipton with sugar and milk

I've tried a few other tea blends but lipton tastes the best to me

I do English Breakfast tea(basically a black tea), little milk and little sugar or honey.

That kinda sucks for the customer....esentially a brand new car with a spliced up wiring harness.

How much can the customer fight to get a new harness or extended warranty?

yeah, it kind of sucks. but they also drove the thing for so long with no coolant that it melted their engine harness. they need to learn how to look at their gauges. splicing on new vehicles isnt new for us, we do it all the time. they can fight all they want but im not doing it. chrysler needs to update their info on these engines so this doesnt have to happen.

It's more to taste and to cool off the tea to make it drinkable

You mean you don't like your tea bubbling magma hot? I mean sure, I probably have damaged taste buds, but you don't know what you're missing!

Come on-- the pain is a part of the experience.
Pain can feel good sometimes.

my dad drinks it almost right out of the kettle.. I let it cool off to a nice and cozy 110* :rotfl:

Damn, y'all over here drinking healthy tea in the morning and I'm just being a scumbag going straight for the Pepsi Max in the morning...i know I've been mia lately, just crazy schedule between work, kids after school stuff and weekends trying to do or not do all the stuff i couldn't get to all week. Speaking of, i gotta redo the door cards again... but i think I'll like it more this time. Red suede.....

I drink hot tea every now and then. Mostly a cup of coffee happens 98% of mornings.
