Busy Day.
It’s been busy a lot lately. Been a few months since I ran regularly. Got up at 5:00a to get going into it early again. Tomorrow morning will mark 30 miles this month. Training up to do a 10k in April, a Cure for Sarcoma 5k in May and half marathon by the end of the year.
Kills an hour off in my day.

Goin' slow since I'm wanting to dial it in; This Nitto Grand Randonneur bar is beautiful-- it fits my weird pasta arms perfectly. Next is brakes and levers. Thinkin' Shimanos for that.

Just got a notice that my house payment is going up nearly $200/month because of increased property taxes this year over last. Yuck!

We paid more property taxes on 2 acres of dirt compared to my home on 0.5 acres(which has double the asessed value of the dirt lot).....lol Mainly due to the fact that the dirt lot is not our primary residence and you miss out on a bunch of credits.
