Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

It's still snowing. My car got stuck after backing out of the driveway because I went into a pot hole. Got it out and parked it. Wife's car made it up the driveway in the first picture I posted. Still snowing. Apparently this is a lot of snow for this area which sucks because part of moving here was to never see this stuff again.

Next move is central America.

I grew up in Florida but have lived in quite a few places, many of which got snow on the regular (Washington, New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island to name a few of the more northern ones for me) and recently moved back to Florida to avoid the snow (and, many of the taxes) all together. I figure you're joking but wasn't sure since you and I haven't talked too much on here.

i still love it, of the EVs i drove, including teslas, its the only one that i think scratches any kind of enthusiast itch (bmw i4 wasnt a option at that point due to price)

Not joking. On average it snows for 2 weeks out of the year here. It's because it's between two mountain ranges so it usually bypasses us and on average the temp is around 7C in the winter. It's called the sunshine coast. Supposed to rain more than snow.
 
My Civic threw a CEL yesterday for a P0497 and I'm pretty sure my purge valve has gone bad... It didn't wanna start yesterday, and there was a prominent fuel smell coming from the engine right after it did start. Today, it feels like my car is really having trouble getting up to speed...

So I think I'm gonna order another part.

So I realize he says he’s working on a model year that’s older than yours, but the r18 engine is basically the same if you’d like to see the process.

Hey guys! Spent 2 and a half days getting the Christmas decorations put up and mostly cleaning/organizing/purging old junk out of the garage. Then when i finally have enough decent room to work in it gets in the teens at night...ugh. its supposed to be about 70 next week though. I live in southern NC near Fort Liberty (formerly Ft Bragg). So maybe I'll make some kind of head way in prepping the eg subframe and the body to start this welding for the roof.

It's been two days since I've been able to drive my car up our driveway. Really hoping I can do it today.
