Mother Of All Whore Threads Non-VIP Edition v.1

I just never drink the water. Truly didn’t realize people took other precautionary measures.
Also advised not to brush teeth with the water. Wash fruit and veggies with iodine and bottled water. Costa rica was much better now that I think of it. Sayulita is an old fishing town that got popular and can't really keep up with the population I think. I just had food poisoning and I really don't want it on vacation.

As someone who didn't even go all the way into Mexico (San Benito) and watched someone get stomach cramps a half hour after filling a water bottle... the precaution is warranted. I also used a public fountain, but I was okay -- so hit and a miss. I don't think it's just Mexico -- it's a risk for a lot of the areas near tributaries here in Texas at certain times of the year. Water where I used to live would frequently come out of the faucet green (sediment rich) -- and when I was in college, it was a rust color (iron rich). Both deemed fit to drink, but could and did cause issues for certain folks.

Be Safe, Enjoy yourself -- and try a bottle of Mineragua for those good burps:party:
