Question
If you come to an intersection with either 2 stop signs or 4 to turn right and the person in front of you is turning left but they arrived before you who technically has the right of way? I know the answer but I'm curious as to how many don't?

I've been in this situation many times and have some how pissed off a lot of drivers.

You're actually wrong though.

Person turning right or straight has right of way no matter who got there first.
Are you both at a stop sign or are you without? On 4-way stop it always goes to the first person there. If it’s 2-way and you’re not at stop, then straight/right is first.

If you got there at the same time, then the person to the right. If you’re across, then the person going straight/right.

Ok. 4 way is different. I'm talking about a 2 way stop. Both at the stop signs across from each other person turning left was there first. A good example I watched was if it was a traffic light the person turning left would have to wait for people going straight or turning right first.

I was doing a test drive on a used trx on Friday and this situation arose and I ended up going while the other guy turning left went at the same time. He was not happy. This has happened a lot with me and every time I second guess myself.

4 way stop is clearly who ever got there first or the person to the right.

Had a work trip to Vegas, not so much a fan of the casinos but the neon boneyard was fun even though they wont let you bring a real camera.

Checked off a bucket list item for myself and went to see Antelope Canyon since I was “nearby”

The pictures off a real camera got a lot more of the blue in the light, the iPhone tended to the warm tones

It was a little intimidating driving the boxster into work today, but should be worth it for the 70 degree drive home
