Nomars slow Type R build

Thanks for the reminder? Could have tossed in a coupon for an oil change.

i kinda agree, the audi looks better in that color than the Type R

When I get lotto winning money/Jeff bezos type of money and get bored after traveling the world.

Get some company to make a BTCC Type R body kit.

after your experience making the interior trim im surprised you arent making the kit yourself

Someone with fiberglass experience could do it. Front is a modified stock fender and the rear is an over fender which the stock car already had a tiny version of an over fender. Mounting points are there.

Also widen the front bumper a bit and make side skirts to fill in the extra girth, lol

Euro versions of the Type R offer the front seats in black. What are your thoughts?

I still would stick with the red…..

It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely a dark cabin with everything being all black. I’m surprised they didn’t use even some small red accents somewhere for some variation.

i like dark cabins. all headliner should be black as well. its the worst working on a car with a light headliner. finger prints everywhere and sometimes hard to clean them off.

Emptied the oil catch can today since the little dipstick registered some liquid in there. This after 6325 miles of use.
