DIY Painted my engine cover

I taped mine and Erik 13's no prions,just get blur painters tape and a exacto knife.

Did my engine cover yesterday with 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear coat; pumped on the outcome! (sorry about the dirty car)

haha i actually washed it 2 days ago.. All of our snow and ice melted yesterday and the roads are unbelievably mucky.

not at all, just looks kinda ghetto cheap because the OEM intake manifold is plastic hahaha

That looks great! I really wanna do my valve cover. Is there a diy somewhere to getting all the trim pieces off from above the valve cover to access the cover to remove it??
