I should tear it out and put in one that is brand new. It’s lifting in spots, sinking in others, huge cracks, etc.

Yeah I would agree about power washing it if it didn't have cracks/lifting. I see the crack to the right of the pad and also the lifting.

It is the civilian side. The helicopter/planes are part of the Glenn L. Martin Museum.

Buddy of mine got his private pilots license there, ive spent way more time on that ramp than any non pilot should
