nikon d810 with 24-70 2.4
My backyard at the moment. I want to tear out the concrete garbage patio and put in pavers instead. Have it drawn up, just need to make it happen

You should power wash it. It'll look brand new.
I should tear it out and put in one that is brand new. It’s lifting in spots, sinking in others, huge cracks, etc.

Yeah I would agree about power washing it if it didn't have cracks/lifting. I see the crack to the right of the pad and also the lifting.
