My littlest one is growing very fast! He has gained roughly 4lbs in about 2 months (twice what you average kitten does, typically 1lb per month). The vet thinks he is going to be huge. Here are some updated pics...
And maybe it's just me... but I find he is starting to look very "foxy", lol.
If you live with them its extremely easy to tell from appearance and personality. Lily has normal ears that rest on the top of her head while Chloe is a "dumbo" rat that has ears resting almost on her cheeks. Lily is also a little bigger than Chloe. Chloe is a nutcase who loves to run around and lick you while Lily is very slow paced, gentle and calm. How do you tell the naked ones apart? They look the same to me :P
At first my husband couldn't tell the difference but after months of playing with all 3 he figured it out. I also forgot to mention that Chloe can be easily identified because she wobbles even while staying still. Rats have poor vision to begin with and Chloe is has dark red eyes which makes it even more difficult so they wobble/sway side to side to try and correct/focus their vision. We affectionately call her "wobbles" for that.I see what you mean about the ears now! That's pretty cool
The vet thinks he probably has some Maine Coon in him based on how fast he is growing and his appearance. I'm not exactly sure what his parents were so it's anybodys guess, he was a starving little stray full of worms and fleas when I took him in! He's pretty grateful though... quite the snuggler, lol. What type of kitty is he? Reminds me of my friens Maine Coon cats and they are pretty damn big, lol.

All my kitties are reject kitties, lol. I assume something happened to JJ's mom that left him orphaned, Turbo was left in a box on the side of the road, and Scooter was tossed out of a car... mind you Scooter is a little crazy which may explain a lot about the car incident.Awe u saved em ur awesome
