Post up your fish tanks/aquariums!

They have the pads that heat up for bowls. Kinda like the matts they use in reptile tanks. A coffee cup warmer may work too but not sure how you would regulate the temp. All tropical fish require the temps in the 70ish range (F).

Got hubby some Opae-ula shrimp for our first wedding anniversary. I ordered them from a shop in Maui we visited on our honeymoon

Since you have a female are you gonna breed it or anything? I always thought breeding bettas would be fun

Mr doesn't want any more swimming critters in the house, so no. Not to mention it's difficult to breed them and keep the male from killing the female. I've had her since she was a baby, about a centimeter or less in size. Not going to risk losing her.

Lol yeah you guys seem to have alot already. Yeah it takes alot to breed from what ive read on it, from needing special tanks for holding and the fact that its a pretty violent fish. I still think it would be cool though, one day i wanna try. But thats cool you've had her for so long!

I've been wanting to put a Saltwater tank in the house for a couple of years but everyone I talk to tell me NO lol. Apparently they are very sensitive and a lot of money and work to upkeep. Anyone here have a different experience?

He's pretty tiny, only an inch. The others in the tank are around 3" so he's tiny!
