I eat my Cliff bar with two bananas. One bite of the Cliff bar followed by two bites of banana. No soda in almost a month & all i drink is water(all day & night), a cup of coffee when I get up & either a protein shake or a tall glass of milk after I put my running shoes to work.
I need to buy those Cliff bars @ a club store because them sh1ts are not cheap.

And they are cheap. sometimes you can get 5 for $10 ($2/each)

Yeah I have a monster appetite, ask the people who know me. I had a good four platefuls of food for dinner on Monday but one was a plate of salad.
