I eat my Cliff bar with two bananas. One bite of the Cliff bar followed by two bites of banana. No soda in almost a month & all i drink is water(all day & night), a cup of coffee when I get up & either a protein shake or a tall glass of milk after I put my running shoes to work.^ I tried a few of them and they didn't taste good to me :/
I went to the Grocery Store and bought lunch for the week
Those are really good!
I would have to eat all 5 to get full & the combined sodium would not be very good for me arteries & heart.
