15 day suspension on two separate occasions, this was about 10yrs ago

I'm in PA, I haven't had a speeding ticket in 7-8 years, when I have opened my car up a few times on my way to work it is because I leave at 4am. I work in Pittsburgh and there are nearly no cars on the "parkway" on my way in and it is a long open 6 lane highway.
