So I managed to herniate the same disc as well as mild herniation to teh disc above it. I go see the surgeon on Tuesday morning......I dont want surgery again damnert.

The more I think about seeing the surgeon on Tuesday the more I get angry. I don't wanna spend my summer doing nothing and wasting my 4 weeks of holidays laying around. I wanted to go to Belgium this summer. I asked my mother in law to come stay with us so she could take care of me while wifey is at work.

during your last recovery.... what were your instructions/limitations? Could you go for short walks and stuff? Did you have to stay in bed a certain amount of time a day...or?

I was suppose to stay in bed for a day, I stayed on teh sofa. No twisting of my body and no lifting anything. I can go for walks but not far distances. I am just dreading the whole thing i made every effort to not break the rules, so I am upsest that I have to go through this all over again.
