Put an offer on a house 2 days ago. Find out tonight if they accept it. They wanted to wait till 7pm tonight for other offers.

Went in full asking , no house to sell, conditions for financing and house inspection.

It's past 7 and haven't heard anything yet.

No, conditions are home inspection and financing. Although I don't plan on doing home inspection. Seller is a contractor. Everything in the house looks excellent.

They accepted our offer. So basically need to get accepted on a mortgage. It's a half acre lot with a 3 bed 2 bath ranch with a 1 bed 1 bath cottage ( for the inlaw) and a sleep bunkie on the property. I won't disclose the price but it's more than we were looking to spend. It will just be nice knowing we won't be giving someone else 50k a year to rent a house.
