Just ordered Tires, Lug Nuts and Hub Centric Rings. Went with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4’s in 265/35ZR18. Picked Project Kics R40 Iconix for Lug Nuts.

FL5 is likely on its way out thanks to bone on bone knee pain. Viscosupplementation is hit or miss. Will be holding onto the Evo assuming I’ll enjoy driving it again post Knee Surgery down the road.

Have you ever had cortisone injections into your knee? Why does the fl5 have to go?
No, just Hyaluronic Acid
No longer comfortable, often in pain, driving my cars. It’s sometimes not even the motion of depressing the clutch but the angle of how my leg rests when driving. Going to flip back to something with an Automatic Transmission.

Sorry to hear. I’ve had injections a number of times, but they only provide relief for so long. Bone on bone is just a mess. Sorry you’re dealing with that

Pretty much what everyone told me. My 90yo Grandmother never got surgery when she was younger and now has to get Cortisone Shots every six months. She says the pain is back not even a month later. I’m looking at a Knee Replacement down the road. Doesn’t help I’m JUST NOW wearing knee pads at work after sixteen years.

Yea I would say I had pretty solid relief for 2-3 weeks, and by week 4 it was pretty much back to pain.
