stilletto's Garage

Do it. I did the full front PPF, ceramic tint, and ceramic coat on my Type S. Only needs a little maintenance here and there and haven’t caught rock chips in 6000 miles.

$1500 for tint is absolutely crazy to me. My last llumar ceramic tint job was like $220 with lifetime warranty (on a 4dr hatch) with a front windshield strip as well.

$1500 for ceramic tint is a ripoff too. Yikes
The Shop that did my PPF offers three different Tint Packages. They said the most popular was their like “Stage 1” Ceramic and is roughly $700 not including the Windshield. I’ll probably ask more questions when I go back for my Inspection Wash.

what color did you order?
Diamond Black.

I WANTED Gloss Black BUT they only had them in a +38 Offset. Factory is +60. System Motorsports was able to get Custom Sizes +38/+45 from Rays. The +45 is Flush and the +38 pokes ever so slightly. Both offsets have been discontinued so colors are limited. I ALMOST went with CE28 Club Racer II’s in Dark Diamond Gunmetal but I wasn’t sold on all those spokes.

those will look great on your car. You made a good choice over the ce (not that they're bad)

I think the Te is a better fit personally

Thanks! I think so too.

The System Motorsport’s Spec has a nice concave face that should look good.

I actually considered it. The Wife isn’t going to be too happy when I tell her I won’t be driving this thing in the Winter.
When I got the car, mine knew it was gonna sit in the garage for the winter. She still asks me if it’s okay to drive the car when it’s raining. I told her it was gonna cost a few thousand for additional tires and wheels - for now the car parks in December.

You’re referring to the type s? You just drive the truck during the winter I take it?
