Yeah pretty much. My wife wanted a particular set of wheels on her car that I thought would be close but make it. They didn't. I had rubbing front and rear AT STOCK HEIGHT! I did a quick roll on the fronts and it fixed the problem. Running a reasonable wheel size and offset you won't have a problem. Shes dropped on HFP kit now. Looks and drives great.
It really wasn't too bad at all. I had a heat gun already so I just heated the fender until it was just slightly uncomfortably hot to the touch and just took my time gently increasing the pressure from the roller. The fender liner clips all broke so I need to get a couple replacements. The tabs that held the liner in place got folded nearly flat to the fender but that allowed me to tuck the liner behind the tabs to hold it. It seems very solid and I don't think ill have any issues with it.
The rears were a whole 'nother can of worms.
