my investment advisor told me a couple of weeks ago that renting is the way to go right now still.

... not that I need an advisor, but is a perk of the company. Lov'them perks

Depends on the area. I have looked around a bit, and will only do it if it's beneficial. Trust me, I am anal about where my money goes (I work in Insurance and Financial Services and will have a degree in finance) and won't do it unless it's right. In our area, renting is more expensive because of the military. Only reason I haven't bought already is I was uncertain how long I'd stay here, but I seem to be planting a bit, especially if I start a business.

I found out why my new ballast for my hid's is not here, its stuck in Canada due to there postal strike and I just told Carol when she called me and instead of the I'm sorry to hear that sucks, I get 10 mins of hysterical laughter....
 
For the record, if you read the 757 thread, I'm totally just ******* with Josh. It isn't meant to be taken seriously. Just having some fun.
 
Lol just got the dreaded blue screen of death on my pc after I installed some updates, doesn't look good. Just gonna post from the phone.
