Yep, all you gotta do is call and they send you a new one. I'm sure it's more complicated than that, but that's how they make it out to be.

Most of the time they ask you to go to a authorized installer and they determine if your tire fails within the guideline... My tires don't wouldn't pass cause they are too worn... So its 2 new tires at least for me

I think I may be looking for a roommate soon. I don't really care for either of mine at the moment, and think the time has come (already) to leave.
